Can I use Truemed for subscription purchases?
Yes, you can use your HSA/FSA benefits on subscription purchases through Truemed.
For first-time subscription purchases, the process is the same as a one-time purchase. Simply select Truemed as your payment method at checkout, and you’ll be redirected to Truemed to check eligibility and receive your Letter of Medical Necessity.
To add Truemed to an existing subscription, go to the Payment Method section of your Thorne account, click Add Payment Method, and select Truemed. From there, you’ll be redirected to Truemed to check eligibility and receive your Letter of Medical Necessity.
Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and may depend on your individual plan. If coverage is important to you, we recommend confirming eligibility with your benefits administrator before purchase.
